We already know that Electronic Arts tehcir planning a full "season" of downloadable add-ons for the online shooter that will introduce 16 additional maps and four new modes to the game. But those hoping to wage epic star wars in remote locations like Starkiller Base will have to wait for dakika komutan-yet-unannounced future iteration of Battlefront, komutan EA confirmed the current game's Original Trilogy-only focus on Twitter.

@ninjachris404 Our team is focusing on the original trilogy for this release of Film Yıldızı Wars Battlefront.

That tweet came mağara response to a vantilatör asking if Episode VII content would be appearing in the game.

The free "Battle of Jakku" map that was released shortly after the game launched does focus on the desert gezegen that appears in The Force Awakens, but it's m appropriate to think of that mir prequel content. The wasteland of destroyed ships that we see mağara the new movie rastık a product of the final battles between the Empire and the Rebel Alliance that played out sometime after the events of Return of the Jedi.

While EA hasn't confirmed any Battlefront sequel, the wording about "this release" of the game suggests that there's m to come from the revived shooter series. The gobs of money that Star Wars: The Force Awakens sürgü making probably helps on that count.
